Having practiced yoga for over 15 years at 4 different studios, I just kept coming back for the clarity, ease and the physical health benefits yoga has provided me.
Recognizing my dedication to my practice, I took my practice a step further and enrolled in the 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training program at my current studio.
Delivered in 50hr modules, Anatomy was the first. Learning about bone structure, and how our ligaments and blood and heart and lungs all work so closely together to help our body move, I was hooked before the 50 hours was up. Before I knew it, is was September and we were about to begin the last 50 hour module – Teaching & Sequencing. This is where we learned so much about how we express ourselves, how we share, and how we give the correct instruction for the posture.
200+ hours later and I am teaching yoga.

Private Yoga Session

Web based, and scheduled for your convenience, $100 +HST

Having trouble sleeping? Are you looking to feel all-around healthier, more awake and a little less stressed? Do you want to feel less anxiety and increase your alertness? Maybe you have a nagging pain you would like to work through? I can help with all of these ailments and we’ll make you a little more flexible while we are at it. Introducing a 90 minute tailored yoga program just for you.

  • 15min assessment: where you tell me about you, your lifestyle, your activity rate, injuries, recoveries and generally tell me where you are physically when it comes to yoga and your well being, via online form.
  • 75min private yoga class: (15min prep + 60min yoga class)* via video conferencing, to start you on your wellness journey by exploring yoga, in your home.

*Please be prepared with your yoga mat, any props you may need (knee pillow, bolster, blocks, etc.), a glass of water, and warm comfortable clothes (socks, a sweater etc). I will ask that you set your mat up, ahead of our 60min session in a room where you can be left alone for at least one hour. Light a candle, and/or dim the lights, or you may want to burn some incense or diffuse your favourite essential oil. If you would like to put on music (preferably music without lyrics) to softly play in the background that would be great.
