Planning a successful event isn’t as simple as arranging a dinner party. Even a medium-sized event requires careful planning for budget, venue, guest lists, food and beverage, transportation and accommodations. That’s where I come in.
With over a decade of experience working with all sorts of companies and not-for-profit organizations, I’ve developed simple three-step process to set you up for success:
Event Discovery
Complete a brief questionnaire to answer key questions that will identify:
- what your event is about;
- why you’re doing it;
- who it’s intended to reach;
- where you’re planning to host it;
- when the event is to take place.
Let’s talk
The questionnaire responses will help me understand more about your event and the potential challenges you'll face.
We’ll schedule a 60-minute phone conference to identify the obstacles and solutions ahead of you in the planning stages, and a 30 minute follow-up pre-event to make sure your prepared for your event.
Time for action
Within a week of our phone conference you'll receive a one-page planning road map that will layout the processes to:
- successfully plan the event;
- keep event on-budget;
- event timeline;
- key timing milestones.

Complete and submit the 5W’s Questionnaire. Once you hit submit, you will be directed to schedule a call with me.
Step 2: Book Your Discovery Call
Book your 60 minute discovery call to review your event. You will be prompted to make a payment of $97 +hst.
Step 3: Take Action
Within the week, your planning road map including action items and key timing milestones will be provided, ready for you to execute.
Step 4: Follow-Up
Book a 30 minute follow-up call pre-event to ensure you are prepared for your event.
